Description

Object code - 1.30.728.5245One of the important components of the appearance of the villa is white marble. Its feature is that it was delivered from the Macedonian city of Prilep, in which mining of this material began two and a half thousand years ago. Subsequently known throughout the world, this marble has unique qualities - dazzling whiteness and surprisingly low thermal conductivity. The method of hinged ventilated facade used in the installation of this wonderful material reliably protects against moisture accumulation and guarantees a high level of heat and sound insulation. In addition, the method used prevents deformation of marble, which is shown by practice to be inevitable in case of temperature fluctuations, and thus prevents the appearance of cracks on it. Before starting construction, the owners of Villa Solar paid a lot of time and attention to the design of the future residential complex and home plot. Experienced agronomists, as well as employees of the seedlings Mondo Verde and Ekoplant took an active part in the creation of this masterpiece. With their direct participation, more than 600 trees and shrubs were planted, including fruit-bearing trees, rare species of perennial palm trees, and olives. To make the plants feel comfortable, more than 500 cubic metres of fertile land was brought to the site, and an automatic drip watering system was installed. Lovers of water procedures at any time of the year will also not feel separated - Villa Solar has a beautiful pool of 80 cubic meters, equipped with a pavilion with a sliding mechanism, a thermal station Colorex PPT45BLY and a water filtration and disinfection system. Executed in accordance with the highest world standards, the pool has rich functionality and is able to satisfy the most exquisite taste. It is worth noting that insulation works play one of the leading roles in Villa Solar - these moments were strictly controlled at each stage of construction. The construction of all structures used exclusively high-quality materials of German and Austrian production - this applies both to the main building and to auxiliary premises. It is necessary to mention the plenum ventilation and air dryers of Dantherm (Denmark), which are equipped with all basement rooms. Taking into account the seismic activity of the region, the foundation and the structure of the house itself were designed and executed with the calculation of seismicity more than 8 points. The same can be said of the pool and concrete structures on the site. More than 120 tons of reinforcement were used in the construction of retaining walls and concrete structures, while 53 tons were spent on the house. Despite the low crime rate across Montenegro as a whole, Villa Solar residents will feel even more comfortable knowing that their rest is not threatened. So that hosts could visually control their possessions at any time of the day, more than 100 high-quality stainless steel street lighting lamps were designed and installed. Villa Solar grounds are conveniently divided into areas that can function separately from each other, with most equipped with motion and illumination sensors.
