History: The palace was built in the second half of the 18th century for the captain's family of Ivanovichi. Mention of it is available in land documents of 1808 - then it belonged to Luka Ivanovich and was evaluated in 6400 Austrian forints. Ivanovichi was considered one of the richest good-natured families - by the beginning of the 19th century they had 11 houses in Kindness with a total value of 23,140 Austrian forints. For comparison, 24 kindness houses of another famous Radimir family were evaluated only in 21,740 forints.   The architecture of the buildings is made in the Baroque style.
