The total area of the Villa is quite large and covers 1000 sq.m. and includes a large spacious house, with 570 sq.m. of inside area, a private pool, a summer terrace for relaxing by the pool and a classical gazebo in Thai style.
The house has 4 spacious bedrooms and one extra room. There are three bathrooms and a separate toilet. All of this is located on two floors of a modern house.
