The land is owned by a Thai Company & inside a professionally managed high-end project situated in the Yamu & Pak Chit area on the eastern slopes of Phuket Island 4.5 km (2 miles) northeast of the famous Heroines Monument (which is North of Tesco Lotus & the boat lagoon) on Road# 4027 toward Yamu just 1/2 (.5) km past the Baan Yamu sign on the left side. The development is only .3 Km North of the Cape Yamu intersection on the left side of the road. It is a short 4Km south of the best swimmable Waterfall, gibbon rehabilitation center, & picnic area named Bang Pae Waterfalls so if you reach there, please turn around. An owner's committee controls the project with all paying owners voting on issues which are nice to deal with & responsive.
