The new 5-star Durmitor Hotel and Villas, located next to the famous Durmitor National Park, near the city of Zabljak. Its total area will be 3,000 square meters. To qualify for Montenegro citizenship under the investment program, investors can purchase a site in the new Durmitor development project for 250,000 euros, including 21% of VAT to purchase a 1/10 share from the villa, in addition to a state fund donation of 100,000 euros. The period of investment conservation is 5 years, after which investors can resell a new investor in the program.
