"Vilhelma Nami" at Miesnieku Street 13, 15, and 17 may be the most desirable addresses in Riga. The breath of antiquity and the tranquility of the old town turn "Vilhelma Nami" into a true oasis for the soul. The buildings are part of a cultural heritage ensemble of national significance.
It was decided to combine the powerful, historical walls with modern interiors and the latest achievements used in contemporary construction. A sort of eclecticism or fusion was created that would satisfy the needs of both a businessperson and someone who simply values true quality and luxury.
The culmination of our team's efforts resulted in a complex of three buildings united into one, housing 12 carefully designed apartments.
For the convenience of residents, a private spa was also created within the complex, along with a small yet functional gym. The final touch is a multifunctional lobby, where one can enjoy a cup of coffee, wait for a neighbor, watch TV, play board games, or even celebrate an important event.
All apartments are thoughtfully equipped with storage space. In the apartments, as well as in the building itself, every detail has been considered. Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, soundproofing, and security are just some of the many features. For convenience, all systems are managed through the "Smart Home" system.
The overall picture is completed by breathtaking, unique views of the old town. All apartments are fully finished and furnished with high-quality, stylish furniture from leading global manufacturers. Carefully designed kitchens are equipped with the most modern and convenient household appliances.
Each living space features an autonomous, adjustable ventilation and heating system, with the option for air conditioning during the summer months. All apartments are equipped with security and fire alarms, video surveillance equipment, telephone lines, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen and bathroom floors are heated. The buildings use modern management and access control systems.
The interior is clearly dominated by white, which gives the rooms a sense of spaciousness and accentuates the design features – the unfinished brick walls and beams. In the apartments, nothing is chosen by chance, but rather to create comfort, peace, and elegance within the massive stone walls. When selecting finishing materials and furniture, we intentionally favored only renowned global manufacturers and designers, creating outstanding design and art pieces that will retain their value over time.
For instance, the lighting fixtures are selected from the collection of Japanese designer Ingo Maurer and companies such as Flos, Vibia, Bover, and Delightfull. The fireplaces are produced by the French company Focus. The bathrooms feature sanitary ware by Spanish design firm Rexa and Italian company Falper, with Inalco tiles.
Furniture is provided by Italian brands such as Poltrona Frau, Cattelan, Bonaldo, Flou, Hulsta, and others. The kitchens are designed by the German company Hulsta.
