The main staircase is made of oak panels. The combination of modernity and Art Nouveau architecture made the building a unique work of urban planning. The building is a landmark of the Latvian capital.
Currently, the first floor premises are used as retail space, while the remaining floors are used as offices. However, there is a development of the architectural concept of using the first floor and part of the basement as commercial space. Taking into account the availability of necessary communications, the upper levels of the building can be redeveloped and used as hotel premises.
