Castle XII in, located in the mountains, near Lake Garda. The only castle in the area of the guard, which is privately owned. The residential area, with an area of 2500 sq.m, includes a villa of the 15th century ( 30 rooms, 20 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, utility rooms ), a courtyard church of St. Nikolay, with well-preserved frescoes, a building for servants, utility buildings, a tavern, a wine cellar, etc. The castle is surrounded by parks with an area of 12 hectares. In the depths of the park are stables that have not been used in recent years, so they need to be repaired. There is a place for a helipad. The entire territory is surrounded by a fortress wall and is absolutely inaccessible to outsiders. Both private residence and as a hotel can be used. The castle complex stands on a rocky hill from where panoramic views of the valley open. One of the towers has a view of Garda. Above, on the mountain at the foot of which is located, there are ski slopes and cross-country skiing tracks, a golf course is being built.
