On Sadurano’s hillside, overlooking Castrocaro, Romagnacase offers a villa with dependance, which are surrounded by 6.5 hectares of land, partially planted with olive trees.
Sadurano, a small medieval village, is known for its characteristic hiking trails, which are excellent for appreciating the Romagna hinterland and its beauties. The reconstruction allowed the owner to take care of some architectural finishes that reflect the local history, and create a sense of “home” feeling.
The park surrounding the villa gently fades towards the river Montone. This characteristic gives the possibility to appreciate spectacular sunsets in the valley. The land is suitable both for the realisation of a large private garden, sheltered by the surrounding forest, and a vineyard, given the peculiarities of the land.
