The duration of the project is 24 months + 6 months for preparatory work. The distance to the lake is 3 km, you can go down to the asphalt road. Within walking distance is a small ancient town with everything necessary – shops, a pharmacy, medical facilities. In its structure, the project in Lombardy resembles Ravello on the Amalfi Coast.

Current state

Permits are valid until 2022. Projects have been developed for the implementation of initial urban work. Architectural projects for implementation have already been presented, it is only necessary to obtain licenses. Existing projects are subject to change according to customer wishes.
