Industrial building built with concrete consists of a main building of 8500 meters, a separate building made of panels of 1300 meters and a third one approximately of 500 meters The main building has 5 loading and unloading ramps with bellows, 7 large refrigeration / freezing chambers, quick freezing tunnels, storage warehouses for packaging materials and a state-of-the-art 1000 meter meet milling and cutting machine, set up by a large German company, paved with industrial tile. There is also a separate standardization space with two chambers for chicken processing. The meats are transported by air and are weighed on air scales that exist in many places. Cooling is done with an ammonia system and there is also a chamber that works with nitrogen. The factory also has security post, weighbridge, its own drilling. There are two-storey offices with a managerial office and a conference room, approximately of 400 meters. The second building, which was built later, is panel and has industrial flooring. This is used as extra storage, but could be used for any other purpose. Finally, there is another building, built with industrial concrete, a cooling chamber, ramps and overhead lines and airplanes for meat. The plant has its own electrical substation and its own rail line so that goods can be loaded or unloaded directly into wagons if needed. There are licensed pens, ready for hospitality and fattening lambs. The plot is 54 acres, asphalted and surrounded by a perimeter and is located on a main road in an industrial zone. The most positive thing, however, is that it is located in Veria, the most powerful meat production region in Greece, where the largest production and slaughtering of cattle takes place. There is no better place to create a slaughtering plant. The property has no encumbrances.
