The interiors are designed to support a variety of configurations, providing an ideal backdrop for personalization. High-quality materials are used throughout, including raised floors with an HPL finish and false ceilings made of gypsum boards, all aimed at fostering an environment of elegance and sophistication. All available parking spaces include electric vehicle charging facilities. The number of parking spots provided is twice the minimum legal requirement, and tenants can choose to reduce their parking allocation for a monthly discount of 70 euros per spot.
