Boutique à Mitsero, Chypre

A commercial space formerly used as a restaurant in Mitsero, Nicosia.

The main building has an area of c. 338sqm. It consists of a dining area, stage, toilets, kitchen, bar, storage spaces and staff changing rooms with toilets. Along the south border a canopy on a metal frame was placed. On the north side of the building a metal-frame extension of c. 84sqm was constructed and used as additional dining area.

On the southwest border of the field there is an auxiliary structure of c. 22sqm, mainly used as storage space. A shed was also constructed to cover the barbeque areas.

On the southeast border a small metal-frame building exists of c. 20sqm.

The outdoor area of the building consists of landscaping, playgrounds and paving.

The immediate area of the asset comprises of residential developments and undeveloped parcels of land.
