Each room will have a separate air conditioning unit, so you can set the temperature according to your own wishes. The bathrooms will be equipped with modern sanitary ware and the floors will feature a combination of high-quality tiles and wood laminate. The design is completed by glass railings on the terraces, marble staircases and elegant black metal details.
Each unit will have a private piece of garden - a space where you can plant a few lavenders, set up a sun lounger or prepare a barbecue. And of course, two parking spaces directly on the property, which is priceless in the summer season. The handover of the house is planned for summer 2025, which means that you still have plenty of time to arrange the interior exactly to your taste and prepare for the first season by the sea - whether for you or your future guests.
