The stone house with a total area of 200m2 is located on the embankment, in a beautiful quiet place on the south side of the island of Hvar. The house has two floors and a permit for the construction of a high subcrove floor with an area of 56m2, a land plot of 120m2. In the ground floor there is a living room with dining room, kitchen, bedroom, hall (20m2), with fireplace, bathroom. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, bathroom, hall and kitchen 20m2.
