This project of one-storey house will not leave indifferent lovers of laconic forms and optimised layouts.
The architecture of the house combines classic stylistics with modern design solutions. The combination of different materials, minimalism of external lines, elaborated elements of finishing form an actual, integral look of the building, conveying the mood of modern trends in country house building.
The actual area of the cottage is 120 m2, the optimised layout of which allows to feel a high level of comfort due to the maximum usable area and the absence of ‘extra metres’: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a common kitchen-living room, a boiler room.
If desired, residents can arrange a third bedroom instead of the second bathroom and dressing room.
