The building is fenced, has its own parking for one car. Almost all the windows of the villa offer an extraordinary view of the sea.
The villa is built on a hill, so the main entrance is on the third floor.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-dining room from which you can access a spacious terrace. On the terrace you can have breakfast in a big company, grill dinner and watch the sunset. From the terrace, our guests can go down to their own pool, where they can enjoy the magnificent seascape.
From the dining room you can get into a spacious playroom, where, if necessary, you can add extra beds (if you decide to come in a large company). Opposite the games room is a large living room with a TV and a sofa bed.
On the second floor you will find a sauna with a special relaxation room; a laundry room with a modern washing machine, ironing board and iron; a large living room with pull-out sofas, TV and fireplace and a double bedroom. The bedroom has a private bathroom with a spa bath.
The third floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.

The villa is located 690 meters from the main road connecting the city of Bar with the city of Ulcinj and connects with a non-concrete dirt road. The town of Bar is 10.5 km away, and the nearest minimarket is 400 meters away. Nearby is the Velikiy Pesak beach and many restaurants, cafes, the Kalamper Hotel and the Rose of the Winds.
