It is wonderful to be near many beaches at the same time. This expansive lot is located just outside of the heart of Venado near the fishermen’s village of Lagarto and just south of Junquillal. It is just 10 minutes away from many breathtaking beaches such as Venado, Lagarto, Marbella, and Negra among others. During low tide, you can cross the estuary from Venado to Junquillal.
