TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
Factory is located in Konya / Industrial Zone. Total factory area is 27.000 m2 with factory indoor area of 9.000 m2.
Production indoor area is 3.000 m2, raw product (raw material) storage area (air-conditioned crate system) 3.000 m2 (3,000 tons).
Finished product warehouse storage area ( -18*C) 3.000 m2 (3.000 tons) in total.
3.000 tons of raw material can be stocked in the Factory Area (automatization).
Harvests of raw potatoes come from Adana, Ödemiş, Konya, Afyon, Nevşehir.
PRODUCTION LINE:
Sorting, Bunker, Peeling, Knife cutting line, Pre-scalding, Frying, Drying, IQF freezing, Packaging.
6.6, 7x7,9x9,11x11,12x12, ‘apple slice’ knives are also present, so, production can be made in these segments.
2.000 kW Transformer. Ammonia production facility is available for coolers.
Office staff and factory workers: in total 120 employees.
ANNUAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY:
20.000 tons (ready-to-eat and pre-production potatoes).
NB: It is possible to establish a new factory, it will cost approx. 14.000.000 EURO with the same dimensions. Production line is suitable for enlargement, a croquet line (such as potato croquettes, onion rings) can be established
